Andrew L. Weitz &C Associates is a firm born of a great tradition as a successor to Schneider, Kleinick, Weitz, Damashek & Shoot. Mr. Weitz' dual education as a lawyer and a teacher enables him to reach this goal with regularity. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Weitz holds a Ph.D. in Cognitive Science from New York University, and he puts his skills to work for his clients through every stage of litigation.

Andrew Weitz is a Director of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and also serves on the Boards of Directors and is General Counsel for Parents for Megan's Law and the Crime Victims, and the New York Academy for Traumatic Brain Injury. He is also a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Historic Village of Roslyn, New York, where he is both a custodian of what has come before and a guardian of what has yet to come.
